A personal favorite and the standard against which other mulberries are compared. Illinois Everbearing provides sweet, juicy berries all summer, with fruit ripening continuously from July through September. Difficult to root from cuttings; grafting is much more successful and recommended. We have had great success simply grafting on invasive volunteer white mulberry seedlings that pop up along our fields and fence lines. Self fertile and extremely productive.
Ripens early July - mid-September.
